This website is operated by RegalBells. The terms ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ refer to RegalBells, operated by Ayyub Adam Omarji. Our online store is hosted by Shopify. By visiting this website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies referenced on our website.

2. Products and availability
We aim to display product descriptions, images, prices and availability accurately. Colours and appearance may vary between screens. Products and prices may be changed or withdrawn without notice before an order is accepted.

3. Orders
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we send confirmation that it has been accepted. We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where an item is unavailable, pricing is incorrect, payment cannot be authorised or fraud is suspected. If payment has already been taken for a cancelled order, it will be refunded.

4. Prices and payment
The price charged is the price shown at checkout when the order is placed. Any applicable shipping charges, taxes or duties will be shown or described at checkout where required. Payment is processed through the payment methods offered at checkout.

5. Shipping and delivery
Shipping destinations, charges and available delivery estimates are shown at checkout and described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

6. Returns and refunds
Returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. That policy does not limit statutory consumer rights.

Our store may use or link to third-party services, including Shopify and payment providers. Their services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Purchases from RegalBells are made with RegalBells, not with Shopify.
