Order processing (handling time)
Orders are normally processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays, after the order confirmation is issued. If an order cannot be processed within this period, we will contact you using the details provided with the order.
Free Standard Shipping
Free Standard Shipping is available on orders to supported destinations shown at checkout.
Transit and estimated delivery time
Standard Shipping normally takes 5 to 7 business days in transit after dispatch. Including the 1 to 3 business day handling time, the estimated total delivery time is 6 to 10 business days from order confirmation. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Delivery estimates can be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, customs processing or other events outside our reasonable control. Available shipping methods and delivery estimates are shown at checkout before payment.
Tracking
When tracking is available, tracking details will be sent to the email address supplied with the order after dispatch. Carrier tracking can take time to update.
Address accuracy
Please check the delivery address before submitting your order. Contact support@regalbells.store promptly if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or dispatched.
Delayed, missing or damaged orders
If an order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, contact support@regalbells.store with your name and order number. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, keep the item and packaging and contact us promptly so that we can assess the issue.
International orders
Where international delivery is offered at checkout, the customer may be responsible for import duties, taxes or customs charges imposed by the destination country unless checkout states otherwise.
